Secure and Convenient Pickup Option
You can choose to ship your order to a Hold for Pickup location.
Our shipping policies are as follows:
- A signature is required for delivery of all orders.
- We only ship to physical home addresses or business addresses, and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
- Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order is placed for security reasons.
- Once an order is placed, redirecting the package to a different address is not possible.
- UPS or FedEx will attempt delivery of your package up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Modern Carats, and we will contact you to discuss further action.
- Shipping delays caused by inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information are not our responsibility.
